As we embark on this journey, we have recognized many different needs specific to our family.  Here are some to give you an idea:

• Monthly living costs (rent, utilities, food, transportation)
• Flight tickets and miscellaneous moving costs
• Furniture and appliance purchases (we are taking very little with us to Mexico City)

Our goal is to raise $60,000 for our 2 year stay in Mexico City (a monthly living expense of $2500 a month).  Anything we raise above that will help with the above-mentioned needs.

On top of that, it is our desire to raise funds for NEO (the organization we will be partnering with) and “The Well” rescue & rehabilitation house for rescued women.

Newsong Online Giving Instructions (for tax deductible giving)

1. Go to http://www.newsong.net/give

2. You’ll need to register with our secure website in order to give online

3. Either login with your current account or create a new one if you’ve never registered with us before by clicking the “Create Account” button on the right.

4. Once you’ve created an account and logged in, you’ll be taken to a screen titled: SCHEDULE NEW CONTRIBUTIONS

5. Click on the drop down box titled “Fund” and choose the option that says: “IRV-2 IRVINE CAUSE INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO”

6. This will bring up a second box called: Sub Fund

7. Click on the Sub Fund drop down box and choose the cause to which you wish to contribute: “IRV CIP #3025 – DANIEL & SADIE KIM”

8. Click the appropriate circle to make a one-time contribution or you can choose to give monthly

9. Fill out payment and billing information.

10. To complete your transaction click the “SUBMIT PAYMENT NOW” button in the lower right side of the form.
